With the increasing development of diesel engine technology, cy4bk series diesel engines are absorbing new technologies and processes developed by internal combustion engines in the same industry in many ways in the process of continuous self-improvement. Cy4bk national V diesel engine adopts SCR (selective catalytic reduction) + ASC (ammonia leakage catalyst) technology on the basis of the approved electronically controlled high-pressure common rail National IV diesel engine, so that the emission meets the national V emission standard, The fuel consumption of the 4BK series diesel engine is accelerated, which can save the fuel consumption of users, and bring good economic benefits to the development and operation of the 4BK series diesel engine; It has excellent emission and noise indicators. Its application in passenger cars can greatly improve people's riding conditions and living environment, making Chaoyang Diesel Engine the preferred power for the majority of automobile users.
1. High reliability
● developed by AVL consulting, CAE simulation technology is used to conduct finite element analysis on key parts such as cylinder head, engine body, crankshaft, piston and connecting rod, check the strength and put forward strengthening measures to meet the requirements of structural strength and stiffness after emission upgrading.
● use CFD software to analyze the fluidity of the cooling system, guide the design improvement, make the cooling distribution reasonable, improve the capacity of the cooling system, and make the cooling system meet the actual requirements.
● adopt gantry type alloy cast iron body, side camshaft and dry cylinder liner structure.
2. Low emission
● AVL company is responsible for analyzing and improving the combustion process in the cylinder by using the simulation design method, and finally determining the shape of the combustion chamber and the matching fuel injector parameters, with good combustion effect.
● adopt the electronically controlled high-pressure common rail fuel system of Bosch Company in Germany. The injection pressure of the fuel system is more than 1600bar, meeting the requirements of national V emission.
● the SCR system adopts the injection system with compressed air assistance. The urea solution supply pump has a built-in control device, which can control the internal urea solution supply pump and compressed air solenoid valve to work according to the established procedures. The DCU communicates with the engine ECU through the CAN bus to obtain the operating parameters of the engine, then calculates the urea injection amount according to the catalyst temperature signal, and controls the urea solution supply pump to inject an appropriate amount of urea into the exhaust pipe through the CAN bus. The function of compressed air is to carry the measured urea to the nozzle, so that the urea can be fully atomized after being sprayed through the nozzle. Urea decomposes into ammonia (NH3) at high temperature in the mixing area of the exhaust pipe, which is fully mixed with the exhaust and enters the catalytic muffler. In the catalytic muffler, NH3 reacts with NOx to generate nitrogen and water, which are discharged into the atmosphere to ensure that the emission meets the requirements of national v.
● it adopts two valve alloy cast iron cylinder head, low vortex ratio airway, direct injection injector arrangement structure and low emission.
● adopt constant pressure exhaust pipe and exhaust gas turbocharger to make the intake and exhaust more unobstructed.
3. Low noise
● the integrated post processor uses the partial silencing effect of the post processor to shorten the muffler and reduce the resistance of the muffler, which not only reduces the back pressure of the whole exhaust system and improves the performance of the diesel engine, but also the exhaust pipeline of the whole vehicle will not be lengthened too much.
4. Small volume
● the whole machine has compact structure, large matching space and convenient vehicle allocation.
