Main technical features:


Cyqd series diesel engine is a new generation of diesel engine with international leading level produced by our company with the technology of Nissan Diesel company. During the localization development of product parts, Nissan will participate in the assessment of the localization of key parts to ensure that the localized parts have the same quality as the imported parts. On the basis of digestion and absorption of imported technology, chaochai has independently developed two models of cyqd80-e3 (National III) and cyqd80-e4 (National IV) with national III and National IV emissions according to the requirements of national emission regulations.


Cyqd series diesel engine has the advantages of small volume, light weight, strong power, large climbing ability, fuel saving, long service life, good starting performance, low exhaust pollution and low noise. This engine is mainly installed on light trucks (Jianghuai shuailing, Dongfeng star), off-road vehicles (BAIC "second generation military vehicles"), pickup trucks (Zhengzhou Nissan, Hebei ZTE Weihu pickup trucks), etc.


1. High reliability


● adopt H-type oil passage crankshaft.


● the piston is equipped with controllable hot steel sheet, the piston ring groove is equipped with cast iron insert ring, and the piston head is equipped with oil cooling oil chamber. The first gas ring is treated with PVD (vacuum infiltration cermet), the second gas ring is treated with chromium plating, and the oil ring is treated with nitriding.


● adopt layered cylinder head gasket (5 layers of thin steel plates coincide).


● cooling water chamber is set between cylinder head valves.


● the gear of the vacuum pump is directly driven by the gear of the high-pressure oil pump.


● adopt cylindrical valve tappet and conduct high concentration sintering on the sliding surface of cam.


● the camshaft is made of chilled cast iron.


● the rocker arm is made of die cast aluminum, and the head is made of chrome molybdenum sintered material.


● high camming and short benchmarking are adopted, which reduces the inertia of the valve transmission system and can also play a role in the high operation area.


● the valve spring adopts non equidistant special-shaped spring.


● the valve guide oil seal adopts metal press in type to prevent oil from entering the cylinder.


● the oil pump is of gear type, which is directly installed at the front end of the machine body and directly driven by camshaft gear.


2. Ultra low emission


● unique swirl combustion chamber with auxiliary orifice is adopted to cooperate with ve distribution high-pressure oil pump. The machine introduces the mature technology of Nissan Diesel company to make the matching of intake system, oil supply system and combustion system reach a very ideal state.


● adopt the most suitable combustion chamber and improve the compression ratio to 22:1.


● the valve umbrella diameter shall be as large as possible.


● cross flow type is adopted for air inlet and exhaust.


3. Low noise


● under 3000rpm full load, the noise is 93dba.


● the body adopts the design of equal arm thickness to optimize the shape and improve the strength of the body.


● adopt 8 counterweight crankshafts to reduce noise and vibration to a very low level.


● high precision helical gear (Grade 6 precision) is adopted to improve the gear engagement rate and service life and reduce the noise.


● the oil pan adopts floating double-layer structure, and the outer oil pan adopts composite steel plate.


● the rocker arm chamber cover is composed of two layers of thin steel plates.


● the front end of the engine is equipped with a sound insulation cover.
